Michael P. Affleck is a dedicated personal injury attorney committed to helping individuals rebuild their lives after serious accidents. Prior to joining RamRock Injury Lawyers, Michael practiced civil litigation and criminal defense at Clyde Snow & Sessions. Prior to that, he worked as a prosecutor with the Salt Lake City Prosecutor’s Office. Michael’s professional focus has always been to help people navigate the complexities of the legal system to ensure that their rights are protected and that they receive the maximum entitlements guaranteed to them under the law. His experience has sharpened his litigation and courtroom skills and strengthened his ability to analyze cases from all angles—an advantage he now uses to get favorable outcomes for those who have been wrongly injured.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he served on the Utah Law Review as a Note and Comment Editor.
A Utah native, Michael spends his free time exploring the outdoors—canoeing, biking, and fly-fishing across the state he’s proud to call home. His love of the outdoors fuels his passion for helping individuals overcome hardship and move forward with confidence.
